This policy applies to purchases made on godspeedbrand.org only.

Return window & eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as shown by the carrier’s tracking.
  • Items must be purchased directly from godspeedbrand.org. For third‑party retailers, please contact the store where you purchased.
  • US customers may choose a refund to original payment or store credit. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card.

Condition requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, and pet hair.
  • All original tags and accessories must be attached and returned in original packaging where applicable.
  • Shoe boxes and special packaging (if any) are part of the product and must be returned in original condition.

Non-returnable items

To protect product integrity and for hygiene reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Marked “Final Sale,” limited promotions, mystery/warehouse items
  • Underwear, socks, face coverings, and similar hygienic items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • US exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color if inventory permits.
  • If an exchange isn’t available, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit per your preference.
  • Exchanges ship after your original item is scanned in by the carrier or received at our return hub.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • If you used a combination of gift card and another method, funds are returned in the same proportion.
  • Store credit refunds are delivered via email as a digital gift card.

Return shipping & fees

  • US returns: You may use a pre‑paid label from us. An $8 flat fee is deducted from your refund for return shipping, or waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange.
  • Self‑ship option: You may use your own carrier at your expense. We recommend a tracked service; we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Defective/incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us—no fee deducted.

International returns

  • International customers may return at their expense using a tracked service.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping are non‑refundable. You may be able to claim duties back from your local customs office.
  • Mark the parcel as “Return Merchandise” to help avoid additional import charges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the issue, and the packing slip.
  • We’ll prioritize a replacement or exchange when stock allows, or issue a prepaid return and refund.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with subject “Return/Exchange – Order #XXXXX”.
  2. Include: order number, item(s), reason, and whether you want a refund, exchange (size/color), or store credit.
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
  4. Pack items securely. Remove/cover old labels. Use our label or your own tracked carrier.

Return address and specific instructions are provided in your RMA email. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

FAQs

My package was returned to sender. What happens now?

We’ll contact you when it arrives. We can re‑ship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price minus original shipping.

Price adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on limited drops, promotions, or sale events.

Late or missing refunds

First check with your bank or card issuer; it can take 3–10 business days to post. If it’s been longer, email [email protected] with your order number.

Holiday returns

Orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 31 may be eligible for extended returns until Jan 15 of the following year if unworn with tags. Exclusions apply to final sale and limited promotions.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed while a return is in progress, we’ll pause processing until the dispute is resolved. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
