Overview
We ship worldwide from New York City. Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (limited drops, launches, holidays), please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Transit times vary by service and destination.
- Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
- You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
U.S. Shipping
Standard
3–7 business days
- Orders $150+: Free
- Orders under $150: Calculated at checkout
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (best method)
Expedited
2–3 business days
- Rates shown at checkout
- Order cutoff: 12pm ET for same-day processing (Mon–Fri)
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Express
1–2 business days
- Rates shown at checkout
- Orders placed after cutoff ship next business day
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Ships via USPS only. Some oversized items may be restricted.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages: Returned packages are refunded minus shipping and return fees once received and inspected.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries. Options and prices are displayed at checkout after you enter your address.
Canada
- Transit: 5–10 business days
- Duties/Taxes: Collected by carrier on delivery unless prepaid at checkout
UK / EU
- Transit: 7–14 business days
- Duties/Taxes: May apply per local law (DDU unless stated)
Rest of World
- Transit: 7–21 business days
- Remote areas may take longer
- Customs delays can extend delivery timelines beyond estimates.
- Refused or unclaimed international orders are returned at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please use a full legal name and accurate address to avoid customs or courier holds.
Processing & Handling
- Orders process in the order received. Address edits and cancellations are not guaranteed once placed.
- During limited drops, allow 3–5 business days for processing due to high order volume.
- Preorder items ship within the posted window on the product page. Orders with preorder and in-stock items may ship separately.
Order changes: If you need to update your address or cancel, email [email protected] within 30 minutes of ordering with your order number and the exact change needed.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking numbers are sent by email once the label is created. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
- If a package is marked delivered but missing, allow 24–48 hours and check with neighbors, building management, or mailroom before contacting the carrier.
- Godspeed is not responsible for theft or packages scanned delivered to the correct address. Consider shipping to a secure location.
- Damaged deliveries must be reported to the carrier and to [email protected] within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
Signature: For high-value orders, a signature may be required for delivery at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges (Summary)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
