• International shipping: Offered to select countries. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

• Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

• Gift cards are final sale, non‑reloadable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For issues after shipment (e.g., loss, damage), please work with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Venue will be New York County, New York, unless you reside in the U.S. outside NY and elect your county of residence. The arbitrator may award individual relief only.
• No class actions: You and Godspeed agree that claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a class member or representative.
• Small claims: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution).
